Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Workshop seats are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat; registration is confirmed only when we notify you of acceptance and, where applicable, payment is received. You acknowledge that event dates, venues, agendas, and speakers may change, and that we may cancel or reschedule an event with reasonable notice.

Any applicable fees are described at the time of registration. All payments are in U.S. dollars. Refund and cancellation policies, where applicable, will be provided at checkout or in your confirmation materials. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, workshop materials, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Club Thrive Life and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Materials provided to attendees are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Information or materials you submit (such as application details) remain your property. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services and communicating with you.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal results from our workshops or coaching. Any results depend on your own efforts, circumstances, and implementation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Thrive Life and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Thrive Life from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

The Services may contain links to or integrate third-party websites and tools (such as booking calendars and analytics). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
